Our Core Range
Welcome to Hiker Brewing Co, a local Brisbane brewery in two locations serving a large range of beer styles. We’re proud to showcase these six beers as part of our core range offering. They’re the most approachable and very easy drinking. All of our core range beers are available on tap and takeaway at both venues at all times.
Limited Releases
These beers are where we get to take a hike to somewhat traditional norms and flex our creativity. Some of these beers are seasonal, and some will be one-off, and we don’t always know what will be what until you vote with your drinking of them! Keep an eye on this list as they are updated regularly, and you might even find some jumping in and out of the Past Beers section!
Past Beers

We brewed this beer with Cliff, one of our mega fans who was gifted one of our Brew Day Experiences. He wanted something big and juicy and this beer does not disappoint! Ample soft malt has been used along with Superdelic hops, lashed with Passionfruit, Guava and Mango Terpenes. Mango and guava present on the nose, while mango and passionfruit handles a lot of the flavour. Hasta La Vista
Brut IPA – 6.6%
Hasta La Vista is a Brut IPA that’ll have your taste buds saying, “I’ll be back for more!” Brewed with Vista hops, this Terminator 2-inspired concoction pours a golden molten metal hue, and its aroma is a symphony of melon, pear and papaya, like the roar of a Harley. With each sip, it’s a liquid cyborg experience—dry, crisp, and refreshingly deadly. The carbonation dances on your palate, a Terminator-strong impression. The finish? Clean, like a time-travel paradox resolved. No lingering bitterness, just a cool, metallic echo. “Hasta La Vista” tells ordinary beers, “Take a hike, baby.” So, don your leather jacket, shades, and savour this terminator of a brew. Cheers to a hoppy Judgment Day!

This brew features a little bit of everything, while still remaining surprisingly balanced and delicious!

Hira Haze
NZ Hazy IPA – 7.5%
Hira Haze is a big, juicy, hazy IPA hopped exclusively with NZ hop varieties. We’ve used a healthy dose of Nelson Sauvin hop pellets along with both Wakatu and Southern Cross lupulin extracts from our friends at Freestyle Hops. The Nelson gives plenty of juicy stone fruit and grape, while the Wakatu & Southern Cross provide plenty of herbal and grassy notes. This makes for hazy that’s a little different to most other tropical fruit salad bombs out there.
