Christmas at Hiker Brewing Co
Whether you’re planning the big event to celebrate 2025, or you want to give some information to the legend at your workplace who is, here’s where you can find everything you need to plan your event. With two venues to choose from, multiple food options and seating arrangements, we’re able to cover everything you need and more. We can cater for groups up to 300 people, or keep it casual and light, the choice is yours.
East Brisbane Venue
Our East Brisbane venue is tucked away near the inner city of Brisbane and features a large capcity main floor that can be suited for a variety of functions. It also boasts a mezzanine for a more private affair, from 15 – 40 guests. Our soon to be opened kitchen will have a variety of menu options to choose from as we move into the festive season. Menus will be available towrds the end of July.
East Brisbane Kitchen

Our menus for the exciting kitchen and festive season are just up the trail! Stay tuned for when we bring the kitchen online and everything that’s possible to grab. We’re excited to bring it to you and share our experiences.
Salisbury Venue
Our largest venue situated in the subrubs of South Brisbane, we’ve got a variety of food trucks booked and confirmed through the festive season and can cater for groups of all sizes. Salisbury features a large venue with multiple function setups, and can include the beer garden, weather permitting of course. Should you want a specific food truck or external catering, we’ll be more than happy to discuss how we can arrange what you’re after. Want something else? We are a small local food business born on the Gold Coast. Inspired by trips through Germany, we try and create something that evokes a memory.

Nothing beats the aroma of traditional hand-crafted artisanal pizza – crispy, smoky, and irresistibly fresh. Our mobile pizza ovens are fully equipped to deliver gourmet pizzas onsite.

Rebel Fork food truck is rolling through SE Queensland, serving all surrounding areas from North Brisbane to Tweed Heads, bringing delicious meals to your favourite spots.

What began as inviting friends for a Sunday dinner most weekends, turned into studying and building a career as a chef. Our passion for making others smile through serving up tasty, wholesome meals then led us to create Toasted Foods.
