Welcome to Hiker Brewing Co, where our sense of adventure and the outdoors are  supplemented with fresh and tasty craft beers brewed right here in Brisbane, Australia. We’re a small, local Brisbane brewery making a mark on the craft beer world in a big way.

We’re stoked that you stopped by to check us out and we hope you find everything you need here to take your own hike to one of our two brewery taprooms. We’re located in both Salisbury and East Brisbane suburbs, with both venues offering unique experiences and some of Brisbane’s best tasting beers, with the awards to prove it!

Across both venues we offer a large selection of beers brewed by us, ranging from Easy Drinking, Stepping Up and Adventurous. The styles offered are also varied and give you something to try that maybe you haven’t experienced before, or is an old favourite that you just can’t go past. We invite you to try any beer or grab a tasting paddle of four choices to see what suits you best.

Our Venues

We’re excited to have two venues in the suburbs of Brisbane for our fans to drink our beers. While both taprooms are unique and offer guests different facilities, our service and great tasting craft beer is second to none!

Both of our venues offer a small selection of wine, spirits, non-alc beer, soft drinks, wheelchair access, baby change table, function bookings and more. Take a hike to find out which venue is suitable for you or make a booking below!

Hiker Salisbury

Our home at Salisbury is where we first brewed fresh and tasty craft beers and accomplished much of what you see when you walk through the large entrance.

Expanding to a second venue in East Brisbane wasn’t on the cards in mid 2024, but that’s what happened anyway. We jumped at the chance to bring Hiker beers closer to the city.
