Our Salisbury brewery is where the Hiker journey began. It is where we first brewed our fresh, flavourful beers and where much of what you see today has been built by our team.

Now, with our own kitchen onsite, Salisbury offers the complete Hiker experience—great beer, great food and a relaxed place to settle in.

Opening a second venue in East Brisbane was not part of the plan in 2024—but sometimes the best journeys take an unexpected turn.

When the opportunity came up, we jumped at the chance to bring Hiker beers closer to the city and create a relaxed local venue just minutes from the Gabba.

E.B. by Hiker is now home to great beer, great food, live sport, weekly events and plenty of good times.
