Brewed for Olympia Kwitowski of 4BC Brisbane, this sour pours a deep pink colour with a slightly pink head. The beer was fermented on 180kg of cherry puree and a good dose of coconut. Huge cherry ripe vibes hit you on nose and palate, with a sharp, clean sourness on the finish, bringing you back in for more.
