Ben, the head brewer from Big Shed Brewing in South Australia was kind enough to spend the day with us here at Hiker while we brewed this beer together. Generously hopped with Strata T90 pellets and a big hit of Chinook and Cascade, both in the form of Salvo CO2 extract. A firm, pleasant bitterness and plenty of pine, resin & cannabis flavours make this a beer for the West Coast fiend.
