Here at Hiker Brewing, we’re always looking for the next adventure, and once isn’t good enough. Our venues are both unique and offer great beers, exciting atmosphere and above all else, a sense of adventure. You can find us at our ancestral home in Salisbury, or if you’re closer to the city, we’re also located at East Brisbane.

Hiker Salisbury

Our home at Salisbury has been where we first brewed beers and accomplished much of what you see when you walk through the large entrance. An almost empty shell when we took it over, we’ve added a brewery, bar featuring 12 of our taps, amenities, Big Ass Fan, kids area, cold room, pool & table tennis table plus all the furniture. Our brewery is a 10hL kit with six 10hL fermenters. We have our own canning line and supply our two venues only, with very minimal stock out to wholesale.

Hiker East Brisbane

Expanding to a second venue wasn’t on the cards in mid 2024, but that’s what happened anyway. A venue became available which was too good to pass up so we jumped at the chance to bring Hiker beers closer to the city. East Brisbane boasts a large audience floor as well as a 30 seat mezzanine overlooking the downstairs space. We’ve got 16 taps featuring Hiker beers and ciders, as well as a small selection of wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
