Functions At Hiker Brewing Venues
Hiker Brewing Co have two venues we call home, and both are available as function spaces for your next event! If you’re looking for a unique location for a celebration, formal function or pretty much anything you can think of, we’ve got the goods.

Salisbury Functions
Our Salisbury taproom is our ancestral home where hiker began. It features a large expanse of seating and standing room, with various function capabilities. Looking for that unique touch? We can arrange pinball machines, jumping castles, inflatable axe throwing, photo booths and more.
Availability
Salisbury is available for functions and events 7 days a week. We’re able to open from 12pm Mon -Thurs and 10am Fri – Sun each week and can trade late any day of the week. There’s no dedicated kitchen at Hiker Salisbury, so we can offer you the ability to book a food truck of your choice, or you can utilise the food truck that is booked on the day for your catering.
Capacity
Our Salisbury venue is able to cater to over 200 guests seated, or 300 with a combination of seated and standing. The venue is entirely indoors, so there is no smoking, which includes vaping, however there is a designated outdoor area. Full amenities with baby change table and kids area.
Bookings
We don’t charge a room hire, unless you wanted to book the venue and close to the public. We can provide a quote for your date if this is wanted. We don’t have any minimum spend amount and you can create bar tabs for your event.
East Brisbane Functions
East Brisbane is the second of our venues, featuring multiple table configurations over two levels. Featuring 16 taps of our beer along with a container kitchen coming late 2024. This exciting venue is cosy and well catered to birthdays, weddings, Christmas parties, cheese tasting and any other function you can put together.
Availability
East Brisbane is open 5 days a week, being closed on Monday and Tuesday, unless you wanted to book a full venue function. Our normal hours of trade vary from 12pm each day. We can offer the space from 10am – 10pm each day of the week. While our kitchen is still being installed, we can cater with a range of food trucks suitable to your needs.
Capacity
Our East Brisbane venue is two levels and offers a secluded cocktail stand up or sit down area. Upstairs seated will be 24 capacity, standing will be 40. Downstairs is seated for 90 people, with a mixed capacity up to 120. Venue is fully indoors and is non-smoking.
