Hiker Brewing Co. is seeking an experienced and inspired food vendor to sublease our newly fitted shipping container commercial kitchen in East Brisbane (2/65 Manilla Street), that will be completed in just a few weeks.
We’re more than a brewery. We’re a destination for community, craft beer, and good times—and we’re looking for a food partner who shares our passion for flavour, quality, and exceptional hospitality.
About the Opportunity:
Location: East Brisbane Taproom – a well-loved space with strong community footfall and an engaged following.
Availability: Kitchen will be operational and ready for occupancy within the next few weeks.
Kitchen Specs: Fully fitted, compliant commercial kitchen suitable for a range of cuisines and formats—from street-style eats to gourmet bites. You can either propose a menu or we have one developed (and costed) that we feel will hit the mark in the local area.
Audience: A loyal and growing crowd of beer lovers, foodies, and families who value local, authentic experiences.
Operating Model: Sublease arrangement with scope for collaborative promotions, seasonal events, and menu pairings.
We’re Looking For:
Food truck operators, popup chefs, or independent vendors ready to anchor their offering in a permanent (but flexible) kitchen space.
Proven ability to manage service efficiently and deliver top-notch customer experiences.
A concept that complements our taproom environment—bold, original, and aligned with Hiker’s community-first ethos.
Willingness to work closely with our team on co-branded initiatives.
